Cartas invitación del SAT / Invitation letters from the Tax Administration Service (TAS)
Las cartas informativas son emitidas por el Servicio de Administración Tributaria cuando detecta inconsistencias en los datos proporcionados por los contribuyentes ante tal autoridad tales como pueden ser el no presentar las declaraciones informativas de operaciones con terceros, el no presentar las declaraciones mensuales, trimestrales y semestrales, el decremento en la determinación de impuestos, las omisiones o inconsistencias de ingresos en relación con los datos obtenidos por el SAT, o la no presentación de la declaración del ejercicio entre otros supuestos.
The informative letters are issued by the Tax Administration Service (TAS) when notices inconsistencies in the information provided by the taxpayer before such authority, such as not filing informative statements of transactions with third parties, not file the monthly, quarterly and semi-annual returns, the decrease in taxes determination, the omissions or inconsistencies of the income compared to the data obtained by the TAS, or not file the return, among others.
