Privacy Notice
The privacy notice is a legal document provided in a printed, digital, visual, sound or through any other existing technology, by which a particular natural person or company, informs an individual, owner of identification data considered as personal data, the way in which these data are collected, used, disclosed, managed or stored, in order to obtain your consent prior to the processing thereof, the foregoing, in accordance with articles 3 (section I) and 8 ° of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, hereinafter “LFPDPPP”.
It is important to mention that natural persons or companies who intend to possess personal data of any nature for the fulfillment of their objectives, must necessarily have a Privacy Notice, with the purpose of protecting themselves against future controversies by possessing personal data without the holder’s previous consent.
If you do not have a Privacy Notice or, given the case, do not adequately manage the personal data that was provided to you, you could receive a fine from the Transparency and Access to Public Information and Protection of Personal Data National Institute, known as INAI.
